How It Works
Create Your Agenda
Add agenda items with custom titles and durations, or load a pre-built template.
Start the Timer
Click Start or press Space. The countdown begins with visual color indicators.
Stay on Track
When time runs out, the next item starts automatically. Use keyboard shortcuts for quick control.
Save for Later
Save your agenda with a unique ID to reload it for future meetings.
Run a Timed Agenda
A timed agenda gives every agenda item its own timebox: a fixed number of minutes with a visible countdown. Instead of one clock for the whole meeting, a meeting agenda timer counts down each topic separately and auto-advances to the next one when time is up — so the first two points can't swallow the whole hour.
Build your timed agenda in seconds: add your topics, set a duration for each, and press Start. Put the countdown on the meeting screen and let the timer be the bad guy — discussions wrap up on time without anyone having to interrupt. Or start from one of our free meeting timer templates for standups, sprint planning, retros and workshops.
