MeetingTimer

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

No cookies for visitors

MeetingTimer does not use cookies for visitors. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to: we set no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and we use no third-party services that would.

Local storage (on your device)

Instead of cookies, the app uses your browser's localStorage to remember your preferences. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. The keys used are:

  • meetingtimer-agenda and meetingtimer-active — your current agenda and timer state
  • meetingtimer-theme — your light/dark preference
  • meetingtimer-sound-enabled — your sound on/off preference
  • meetingtimer-analytics-exclude — set only if you opt out of analytics on this device

You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

Analytics

Usage statistics are collected with our own cookieless, first-party analytics — no cookies and no persistent identifiers are involved. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Operator dashboard

One strictly-functional cookie (mt_dash) is set only when the site operator logs into the internal statistics dashboard. Regular visitors never receive it.
